Creation of the Special Selection Award

In addition to the Tokyo Governor's Award, a new Special Selection Award, voted on by Tokyo residents, has been introduced. One winner chosen from each category will receive this 500,000 yen prize.

Special Selection Award
Designs passing initial screening will be published on our official social media channels, and three winners in each category will be chosen according to ‘Likes’.
One Special Selection Award in each category will be decided by real-time audience voting during the final judging show. More details to follow.
